Do you accept insurance?
Yes. I currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, and Cigna. If you don't see your insurance listed, feel free to reach out — we may be able to find another option together.
What if I don’t have insurance or prefer to pay out-of-pocket?
I offer affordable self-pay rates between $50–$90 per session, based on your needs. Please reach out if you’d like to discuss what works best for you.
Is there a way to receive therapy for free?
Yes. I am a service provider for Mental Health Liberation, an organization that covers the full cost of therapy for its members and reimburses the providers the full cost of session.
