  • About Bria

I’m Bria Bromell Holeman, associate licensed therapist in MA & CT. I help women reclaim their peace, break cycles, and rediscover joy.

I know how much courage it takes to reach out for support. That’s why I create a safe, affirming space where you can show up as you are—unapologetically. Whether you’re navigating trauma, motherhood, anxiety, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you process life’s challenges and reconnect with yourself.

My approach blends evidence-based tools like CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, somatic work, and breathwork to support healing in both the mind and body. Together, we’ll work to regulate your nervous system, release what no longer serves you, and help you step into your power.

Whether you’re breaking intergenerational cycles, navigating motherhood, or simply trying to feel whole again, I offer a space rooted in compassion and truth. You don’t have to do this alone.

I’m also the host of Harmony Hour for Black Girls, a podcast created to offer uplifting conversations, real healing tools, and faith-centered guidance for your journey. Tune in wherever you listen to podcasts.

“Bria is truly an earth angel. Her presence is calming, her words are healing, and she helped me feel seen in ways I didn’t know I needed.”
